The Court for trusts and fiduciary relations was established in San Marino by the Constitutional Law no. 1 of 26 January 2012.
The Court is competent for all cases and disputes concerning legal relationships deriving from entrustment or confidence, such as trust, fiduciary agreement, fideicommissum, institutes of fiduciary heir, and similar institutes, regulated by whatsoever legal system.
The Court web site provides interested parties with useful information about the Court itself, its activities and rules of procedures. Furthermore, it allows lawyers and judges to interact among themselves. For example, by accessing its restricted and secure area, it is possible to send documents and communications in a completely safe manner.
SOME SECTIONS OF THE COURT WEB SITE ARE ACTUALLY INCOMPLETE. WE'RE WORKING TO OFFER YOU A COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURT AND ITS RULES.
